Slow websites are a design decision
Speed isn’t a dev ticket. It’s the first impression you design — or forget to.

Every millisecond is a mood
Nobody remembers a site because it loaded fast. Everybody remembers the one that didn’t. Performance is a feeling before it is a metric, and that makes it a design problem.
What we do differently
We set a weight budget before the first sketch, design with real content instead of placeholders, and treat every animation as something that has to earn its frames.
The short version
Fewer fonts, smaller images, motion with purpose. The rest is discipline.
