The challenge

Soft Machines Robotics came to us with a simple question: how do you stand out without shouting? The category was crowded with look-alikes, and the team wanted something that felt unmistakably theirs — at every size, on every screen.

Our approach

We started with a week of research and a wall of references, then reduced everything to one idea we could build a whole system around. From there we designed, prototyped and tested in short loops, sharing work-in-progress every few days instead of saving it for a big reveal.

What we made

Strategy, Naming, Visual Identity, Motion Language. Every piece was designed as part of one living system, documented so the in-house team can keep it alive long after launch.

The result

A launch that felt calm and confident — and numbers that followed. The system now scales across product, social and print without losing its voice.
